Andy ross

Andy Ross is the founder and Managing Partner of Arcos Capital Partners and the CEO of Arcos Properties, LLC. He has fifteen-years of real estate investment and operating experience across multiple major US markets, including nearly all of the primary property types and asset classes. He has personally executed more than $500 million in real estate transactions across his career, has negotiated more than 600,000 square feet of retail, office and industrial leases, and has acquired and entitled land containing more than 2,500,000 square feet of density for development.  Andy’s expertise across all phases of the real estate investment life cycle allows Arcos to pursue and execute on complex, multi-asset, value-add and opportunistic institutional real estate investment strategies throughout the Carolinas. 

Prior to founding Arcos, Andy was Regional Director of Investments for a real estate private equity fund, and was responsible for all new acquisitions throughout the Carolinas’ major metro areas. Prior to that, he was Assistant Director of international real estate firm Savills’ Washington DC based Investment Services Group, where he advised institutional clients on a range of investment sales and real estate capital markets transactions. He started his career in retail leasing, with a focus on grocery-anchored shopping centers and big-box tenant representation in the Mid-Atlantic markets.

Andy lives in Charlotte with his wife and three sons. He was born and raised in Durham, NC, attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and remains actively involved with a number of student organizations and local non-profits in both the Triangle and Charlotte.

andrew faircloth

Andrew Faircloth is the Chief Operating Officer for Arcos Properties and has an extensive background in consulting and business operations, and formal training in full stack development.

Prior to Arcos he acted as Head of Renovation at SFR3 Fund - one of the largest and fastest-growing single-family rental portfolios in the country - leading 250+ employees completing 500+ renovation projects monthly and managing a ~$2B portfolio of assets across the Southeast and Midwest. Under Andrew’s leadership, SFR3 scaled to nearly 12,000 single family rentals, while dramatically improving operating efficiency - shortening cycle times, doubling completed renovations per employee, and offsetting rising labor and material costs through new supplier and vendor partnerships.

Before SFR3, Andrew led the Business Strategy team for Uber’s core Ridesharing business. His team’s work on dynamic pricing, product development, and growth investments played a significant role in delivering the first profitable quarter for the US business in company history. Prior to Uber he started his career at Bain & Company, advising Private Equity clients on large buyout deals, and informing corporate strategy for several Fortune 500 retail and hospitality firms.

A native of Greensboro, NC, Andrew is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Business) and now lives in Charlotte with his wife, daughter, and son.

CHARLES DUCKETT

Charles Duckett is the Director of Investments for Arcos Properties and oversees all asset management, project development, acquisition sourcing and execution functions across the Arcos portfolio. Charles joined Arcos in 2023, bringing with him a decade of experience in commercial real estate finance and capital markets, with specific expertise in both debt and equity placements. He was most recently with Eastdil Secured, a national commercial real estate investment bank, where his team executed on a multi-billion dollar pipeline of net lease, structured financing, and real estate corporate advisory mandates across all commercial asset classes.

Before Eastdil, he led a team administering portfolio management and treasury functions for a Blackstone subsidiary, Finance of America Commercial. The team was in charge of capital efficiency for a revolving pool of +/- $1B in SFR and bridge loans, including directing internal lending strategies and managing investment bank warehousing relationships. The team was also involved in the execution and maintenance of various securitizations and whole loan sales, totaling over $5B during his tenure.

Charles lives in Charlotte with his wife and two children. Hailing from High Point, NC, he attended the UNC at Chapel Hill and later received his MBA from Wake Forest University. He is actively involved with Heart Math as a tutor and serves on their Geography Expansion committee, participates in the local Urban Land Institute chapter, and has served in alumni engagement and fundraising roles for UNC in the past.
